T8 Real time PCR Fluorescence Quantitative Amplification (qPCR)System consists of three parts: the first part is temperature control system, which is essentially composed of standard heating/cooling system and hot cover. The second part is a fluorescence detection system consisting of optical elements, including excitation light source, optical filter, zoom lens and detection system. The third part is the external computer, which is used for programming, real-time detection, display and data management.

Temperature Control System
The temperature control system is composed of heating module and temperature control unit. The heating block is composed of TE module controlled independently.

Fluorescence detection system
LT-8 fluorescence detection system consists of two optical components: excitation light system and detection system. The excitation system consists of LED and optical filter. The detection system consists of a set of emission filters, a set of lenses and photoelectric sensors.
