Intended use
ETV6 Dual Color Break Apart Probe Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) Reagents is used to qualitatively detect the abnormality of human ETV6(12p13)gene in cytological samples or paraffin-embedded tissue samples in vitro. This kit is not used for clinical evaluation in combination with specific drugs, and its test results are for clinical reference only, and should not be used as the sole basis for individualized treatment of patients. Clinicians should comprehensively judge the test results according to the patient's condition, drug indications, treatment response and other laboratory indicators.
Test principle
According to the DNA base complementary pairing principle, the ETV6 orange-red probe and the ETV6 green probe were used to hybridize with the DNA target sequence in the nucleus, and the gene state information in the nucleus was observed and analyzed under a fluorescence microscope.
