Intended use

This kit is used to qualitatively detect the abnormality of human MALT1 gene in cytological samples or paraffin-embedded tissue samples in vitro. This kit is not used for clinical evaluation in combination with specific drugs, and its test results are for clinical reference only, and should not be used as the sole basis for individualized treatment of patients. Clinicians should comprehensively judge the test results according to the patient's condition, drug indications, treatment response and other laboratory indicators.

Test principle

According to the principle of DNA base complementary pairing, MALT1 orange-red probe and MALT1 green probe were used to hybridize with the DNA target sequence in the nucleus, and the gene state information in the nucleus was observed and analyzed under a fluorescence microscope.
