 Intended use

The aneuploidy of chromosome 7, 17 and 3 and the abnormality of P16 gene in urine samples of suspected bladder cancer patients with hematuria were detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization.

Test principle

Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is based on the principle of complementary pairing of DNA bases, and the visualization of hybridization signals of fluorescence-labeled DNA probes with its DNA target sequences in cell nucleus under fluorescence microscope.
