P53/D13S319 Dual Color Probe Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) Reagents is used to qualitatively detect the abnormality of human TP53 gene in cytological samples or paraffin-embedded tissue samples in vitro. This kit is not used for clinical evaluation in combination with specific drugs, and its test results are for clinical reference only, and should not be used as the sole basis for individualized treatment of patients. Clinicians should comprehensively judge the test results according to the patient's condition, drug indications, treatment response and other laboratory indicators.
Test principle
According to the principle of DNA base complementary pairing, the TP53 orange-red probe and the CSP17 green probe were used to hybridize with the DNA target sequence in the nucleus, and the gene state information in the nucleus was observed and analyzed under a fluorescence microscope.

The paraffin-embedded tissue specimens were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, and the slice thickness was between 3 and 5 µm.
• Cell specimen
For bone marrow or peripheral blood samples, unfixed fresh samples should be stored at 4°C for no more than 24 hours, and the fixed cell suspension should be stored at -20°C.
Storage Condition and Expiration
Stored at -20℃±5℃ in the dark, valid for 12 months. Transport below 8 ℃.
